Our pastry chef Alfred decided to become his own boss after working for over 13 years with the Hyatt Hotels (Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego and Hyatt Regency Kaua’i).

Having founded Sugar Skull LLC, he now focuses on creating amazing cakes and desserts.
